What information does Anova Appliance collect from you and how is it
used?
Anova Appliance collects no information from you except that which is necessary to
complete the specific service request you have contacted us about, the service
address, and the billing address (if applicable). This can involve credit card details and
check payment information.
This information is required to be maintained for tax purposes for seven years, after
which time it can be destroyed. None of this information is sold to third parties, and
only legal authorities, with the proper documentation requests, will be permitted to
review information prior to destruction.
Sharing
The information you provide is never shared or used by any person, agency, or
business outside of Anova Appliance. With the exception of delinquent accounts, the
necessary information will be transferred to the appropriate attorneys or collection
agencies.
Cookies
Cookies are messages written into your browser for the purpose of recognizing you
each time you visit our website. If you have cookies enabled on your computer, then
our website will recognize you as a repeat visitor - but that is the only information that
is maintained.
Opt Out
Anova Appliance does not send out unsolicited messages at this time, and don't have
any intention of doing so in the future. We recognize that there is enough unsolicited
spam in everyone's inboxes already. We will only contact you via email regarding a
specific service call. To ensure that our emails don't get trapped into your spam filter,
you should allow you email program to accept messages from
service@anovaappliance.com. Since we don't send out unsolicited messages; we
don't maintain any opt-out listings.

Our privacy policy may change in the future. If it does the changes will be spelled out
in our Privacy Policy Statement. You are encouraged to review this policy statement
from time-to-time to remain informed.
