Our Staff
Our office is staffed by three full-time, and two part-time employees.
Melanie - Dispatcher/Accounts Receivable. Melanie has been in both the transportation and service industries in the Washington DC area also
since around 1999, including time with another appliance repair company. She has three primary responsibilities:
- Scheduling service calls for the customers.
- Billing the manufacturers for the warranty work performed on the appliances.
- Billing the customers for all repairs that were rejected by the manufacturers as non-warranty work.
Doris - Dispatcher/Accounts Receivable.

Razan & Rowan - Parts Schedulers. Between attending George Mason University full time and holding down this position; these two sisters have
assisted Anova Appliance tremendously in meeting our goal of notifying customers that their parts are in within 24 to 36 hours of the part arriving at
Anova.
- Notify customers when their parts have arrived.
- Schedule service calls for customers.

call and ask, but we are neither licensed to give technical advice over the telephone, nor to sell parts to the public outside of a repair call.
